It sounds good, but sometimes we also have some issues. Sometimes we don’t land in the right place for us.
- the mid term acomodation might be really pricy or not provides what promised (once in a house rented in Cemtral America tru airbnb broke the fridge down for a month, had to buy an electric cook and even rented a house for 4 with beds for 2.)
- playground with local children might be bit further as you wish
- everybody is in the school during the day, you have no company for your children
- other travellers are far away from you
- no time for yourself, and it is hard to find a nanny
- can be hard to find other fmailies to explore the area together

In Merida we meet every in a park of the city. Sometimes the kids share information with each other in form of presentation in a chosen topic, if they want to. Sometimes make together activities in connection with an actual event. Most important is that every time can the children play around free meanwhile parents chat around.

In Merida you can have free zumba every week and the local children play very often football in the evenings together.

Sounds good? If you live close to other homeschooler families, you make the opportiny for the kids for being together as often as they want to. Just go into the neighbourhood and your kid might have company.
In Merida there is a place with lots of houses in privat areas where children can play safe and free close to your home. The place has good connection to downtown with public transport. There are playgrounds and basketball places on every corner in this urban disctrict.
